Finding and crafting the best equipment in Calradia.
Best Weapons & Gear Guide
While a warrior's skill is paramount, their equipment often decides whether they live to fight another day. This guide focuses on specific high-tier loadouts, civilian gear for city ambushes, and the best armor sets in Calradia.
Top Tier Polearms: The Reach Advantage
Polearms are the kings of field battles, allowing you to strike from horseback or keep cavalry at bay.
Long Glaive (Khuzait): The highest swing damage of any polearm. It can decapitate enemies in a single pass.
Rhomphaia (Battania): Similar to the Glaive but often longer. Excellent for infantry to sweep cavalry legs.
Menavlion (Empire): Shorter but faster. Great for shock troops in tight formations.
A couched lance or swinging glaive delivers the highest single-hit damage in the game.
Civilian Loadouts
When you enter a town, you leave your heavy war gear behind. But danger lurks in alleyways (gang fights) and keeps (prison breaks). You need the best "Civilian" tagged gear.
Weapons:
Wide Daggers: Fast and can block.
Throwing Knives: Range is king in an alley fight.
Arming Swords: Some high-tier swords are civilian-legal. Look for the civilian icon in the shop.
Armor:
Fancy Robes: Often provide surprising body armor.
Leather Gloves/Boots: Don't forget to upgrade these.
Always carry a hidden blade. Gang fights and prison breaks require specialized civilian gear.
Ultimate Armor Sets
For war, you want maximum protection.
Imperial Cataphract Set
